Ivan Drago won the 30-Man Royal Rumble Match for the Vacated Icons Championship

After the match, Joe Higashi came down to the ring and celebrated next to Drago. Joe then told Drago that he had a surprise planned in one week as the two of them then proceeded up the ramp with the Soviet anthem continuously playing in the background as the show went off the air.

• Before the Men's Rumble Match, PCWL President John Wick was joined by recently retired former Icons Champion Ippo Makunouchi when Wick himself announced that the Big Birthday Bash would once again come to Vegas in August 2025, out in Allegiant Stadium, with corresponding events that week taking place at Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand and the T-Mobile Arena.

Icons Championship: Mamoru Takamura defeated King JJ (Still Champion)

Ippo Makunouchi was in Takamura's corner while Richie Rich was in JJ's corner. Ippo and Richie Rich both interfered on Takamura and JJ's behalf, respectively, leading to Takamura nailing a mid-air knockout forearm to retain his title.

After the match, Sly immediately challenged Izuku Midoriya for the PCWL Championship at Gold Rush, after which Deku came down to the ring and met Sly in the ring face-to-face as the show went off the air. After the show went dark, Deku made a challenge regarding that match at Gold Rush, saying that if Sly loses, he never again gets to challenge for the title as long as he's champion. Then at that point, Jim Lake Jr., Sly and Shoto Todoroki fought against all 3 Untouchable Enigmas in the ring. In the process of the melee, Deku challenged Shoto to a championship match at Total Elimination where, if Midoriya wins, then both Shoto and Bakugo are gone from PCWL for good. The U.E. then proceeded to beat down their fierce rivals to a chorus of boos from the Chase Field record crowd of 48,213 fans in attendance.
